Description   Capers are the flower buttons of the wild plant "Capparis Spinosa," an Asiatic plant imported by the Greeks and used in the fine kitchens of the world. Capers have a pleasant taste with a very characteristic flavor and are highly recommended as a garnish for smoked salmon, pasta, salads, sauces, etc.  M & V capers are selected by size, specializing in the medium-small ones as they are more tasty and firm and due to the strict hand selection are not broken whatsoever. Miguel & Valentino capers are preserved in brine with no vinegar aftertaste. They come from the south of Spain Andalucia.
