To truly taste our wild smoked king salmon, give the product 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature to allow the natural oils in the product to rejuvenate and come back to the surface.

Chill a serving platter. Place the sliced smoked king salmon on the chilled plate. Sprinkle Migel & Valentino capers from Spain over the salmon and decorate the platter with lemon wedges.
