At Nantucket Wild Gourmet & Smokehouse, our credo is that only truly wild salmon makes the healthiest and most delectable smoked salmon. We start with nature’s own real Wild Alaskan Salmon caught in the clean, deep, and—very important—not over-fished waters off one of the world’s last unspoiled coastlines. The salmon supplied to us are humanely line-caught by fishermen we know personally.
